Trump defends border wall plan, says he won't allow 'lawless chaos'

As well as the construction of the border wall, Trump has promised to curb immigration from certain countries, justifying his administrations approach by reminding lawmakers that “our obligation is to serve, protect, and defend the citizens of the United States.”.
