It was the first time the princess has been seen since Christmas, when she was photographed as she was taken to a church service close to the home of her grandparents Carole and Michael Middleton in the Berkshire village of Bucklebury.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share a new photograph of Princess Charlotte to mark her second birthday tomorrow.", Kensington Palace wrote on Instagram.

On the Facebook page for the British royal family, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently released a new photo of Charlotte, who turns 2 on Tuesday, May 2.

Seeing Durant let his inner rage loose is a positive sign going forward and a bad one for any team that gets in his way. He was the point forward down the stretch, similar to what LeBron James does for the Cavaliers night in and night out.

And while fans hadn't seen new pics of Charlotte since December, the royal family made a decision to release a new royal portrait of the 2-year-old one day ahead of her special day. We know the duchess has a knack for capturing fabulous portraits of her adorable children. Many are comparing her to her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, as well as Lady Sarah Chatto, the daughter of the late Princess Margaret, sister to the Queen.

"She said that Charlotte is growing up really fast".

It's the family's last summer in Amner Hall before they swap Norfolk for London to take up permanent roles as full-time royals, so they will no doubt want to make the most of the attractive surrounding countryside.

They too were taken by Kate and revealed that little Charlotte was already walking, as she pushed a toy trolley full of colourful bricks. The palace said it was taken in April at the family's country retreat, Amner Hall, in Norfolk, where they live mostly full time now.
