MLB Draft results: Red Sox pick intriguing Missouri pitcher Tanner Houck

The Boston Red Soxhave selected Oregon State right-handed pitcher, Jake Thompson, with the 131st overall in the 4th of the 2017 MLB Draft.

The Sox see that in Sheets, who hit.322 with a.429 on-base percentage and 20 home runs this season for Wake Forest. It's the motivation he would use to drive up his stock the next time he'd be eligible as a first-year player.
