Apple is expected to offer updated versions of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, but most eyes will be on the new iPhone 8, rumored to be an ambitious upgrade to mark the phone's 10th anniversary.

Interestingly, a slightly modified version of Qi is already being used by Apple to facilitate wireless inductive charging on the Apple Watch, so it only makes sense that the company would also use the latest Qi standard on the iPhone 8 as well, right? The wireless charger will charge the next iPhones at full speed, just as they can charge other mobile devices without the use of wires. This means that the phone will have a larger screen than the iPhone 7 Plus in a device that's a similar size to the iPhone 7. The 3D sensors can generate a "FaceID" by scanning the user's face.

Some analysts think Apple won't even call the new gadget the iPhone 8 and it will be instead called the iPhone Pro.

A few sources have also suggested that Apple will launch an actual physical television set at the San Francisco conference, and that this will measure 6-inches. Industry experts say that the phone is also going to boast a facial recognition system that is beyond anything the company's competitors can come up with.

The iPhone 8 will deliver wireless charging without requiring any case accessories, as Apple is apparently finally ready to use the technology inside an iPhone.

The company is expected to launch several products such as two new iPhone iterations, possibly named the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s.
