Amazon to roll out pop-up stores inside Bay Area Whole Foods locations

Whole Foods Market said it will add in-store pop-up shops featuring the technology products of its new parent company in several stores next week.

Over 100 Whole Foods stores will be offering Amazon-related offers, with pop-up stores dedicated to Amazon items being introduced for a brief time at Illinois, Michigan, Florida, California, and Colorado from November 13. The retail holiday has largely become an online thing as many people choose to skip the cold weather and long lines altogether, but that doesn't mean there won't be deals in physical stores.

At particular Whole Foods Stores, Amazon will set up it's pop up shops during the holiday season.

During the announcement, though much details were not disclosed, Amazon did promise that there was still "more to come" and customers who hold Amazon Prime memberships will be getting "special savings and in-store benefits". Amazon teases that Alexa is ready to give out some Thanksgiving-themed jokes, too.
