"No, Sheriff Troy E. Nehls, you can't prosecute speech just because it contains words you don't like", the organization wrote alongside a screenshot of Nehls' original post.

Karen Fonseca, driver of a truck bearing a profane anti-Trump message, was arrested November 16, 2017 on a felony warrant for fraud originating with the Rosenberg Police Department.

She was subsequently taken into custody on a warrant from 2014, and was later released on bond.

"F*** TRUMP AND F*** YOU FOR VOTING FOR HIM" reads the decal in bold white letters.

Forsenca spoke with KPRC Click 2 Houston once again and told reporters, "The sticker is getting its point across". This time, it's aimed at Troy Nehls, the sheriff who sought to bring disorderly conduct charges against the truck's driver, Karen Fonseca.

The decal, which Fronseca said her husband enlarged, had been on the truck for eleven months before catching the attention of the sheriff's office.

"I demand an apology from Sheriff Nehls for targeting (Fonseca) and making her life and her family's life a living nightmare", Reynolds said in a statement.

He asked for tips on the identity of the truck's owner and said he would "like to discuss it" with the owner.

Asked about City's summer recruitment, the Italian said: "I was anxious because they were working very well in all aspects". Charly Musonda (knee) is also absent, while Victor Moses is nearing a return to training following his hamstring problem.

Fronseca added a second sticker directed at Nehls to the back of her truck.

Fonseca was scheduled to hold a press conference Monday with Texas State Representative Ron Reynolds at the Fort Bend County Justice Center. "I feel it was gone about the wrong way and the sticker is appropriate", Fonseca said.

The sheriff published a post about the "F-Trump" sticker on Facebook.

Nehls said Wednesday that the message could cause offense and raised the possibility of a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.

The following day, Fonseca was taken into custody on an outstanding fraud warrant issued in August by the Rosenberg Police Department.

Fonseca said the message has been on the rear window of her pickup for almost a year and it would remain there for the time-being. "We have to protect people's First Amendment right to free speech", Reynolds said ahead of the news conference.

"No matter what race, religion, or belief you may have, we are all equal". That was also when Fort Bend County District Attorney John Healey said he would not accept charges, considering what he knew about the case.
