Kim Kardashian reveals two-year-old son Saint was hospitalized for pneumonia

Kim Kardashian West's son Saint is "all better" after being admitted to hospital with pneumonia.

Kardashian has now tweeted about Saint's hospitalisation, writing: "My precious baby boy is so strong!"

As action-packed as their holidays were, things aren't about to slow down for the Kardashian Wests, either. "We are so grateful for you all!" she wrote, before giving her followers an update on her son's condition.

Sources tell us the 2-year-old was brought to an L.A. area hospital Thursday with pneumonia, and that his parents were with him while he remained hospitalized, sharing overnight duties.

This is proving to be a busy couple of weeks for KimYe as their third child is rumored to be delivered via surrogate, today.
