Asus to announce Zenfone 5 on February 27

The company scheduled an event on February 27 at MWC 2018 in Barcelona.

Although the invitation for the press event does not reveal a lot of details, the #backtobuzz5, Qualcomm Snapdragon, and Zenfone logos suggest that this is all about the new Zenfone 5 smartphone, or possibly the entire Zenfone 5 series. Meanwhile, Asus is also reportedly gearing up to launch ZenFone 5 series smartphones, the successors of ZenFone 4. It also features a "We Love Photo" tag that was originally used at the time of launching the family past year and sports Qualcomm Snapdragon branding. The two upcoming devices might be ZenFone 5 Lite and ZenFone 5 Max.

The event will be held on February 27th at 7:30 pm CET, i.e., 12 am IST on February 28th. As usual, Asus will launch a plethora of new devices under the Zenfone 5 lineup.
