Special counsel Robert Mueller has lined up yet another expected guilty plea in his sprawling Russia probe, this time with a Dutch lawyer who is the son-in-law of a Russian oligarch who will admit he held back emails and information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

According to court documents, Alex Van Der Zwaan, the son-in-law of German Khan, a Ukrainian-Russian billionaire and businessman, was charged on February 16 with making "materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements and representations" to Federal Bureau of Investigation agents and the special counsel.
