Terry Bryant stole the award at the Governor's Ball, which is the official after party for the Oscars.

Yesterday, reports emerged of Frances McDormand being in tears at an Oscars after-party after she had apparently lost or misplaced her brand new Best Actress Oscar. Officers took him into custody shortly before midnight, according to LAPD.
