Fox News host Sean Hannity, seen here at The Hollywood Reporter's annual 35 Most Powerful People in Media event, is in the spotlight after President Trump's attorney Michael Cohen listed him as a client as well.

The disclosure came as a NY judge disappointed a lawyer for Trump by letting prosecutors proceed with the cataloguing of evidence including multiple electronic devices that were seized in raids while a system is set up to ensure that records protected by attorney-client privilege aren't disclosed to investigators.

Anyway, also at today's hearing, the Judge Kimba Wood revealed, against the wishes of both Cohen and his mystery client, the name of the mystery client: Sean Hannity.

Michael Cohen has been in the headlines since the Wall Street Journal broke the news [VIDEO] earlier this year that he had paid off adult film star Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about her alleged affair with Donald Trump.

"As to the one unnamed legal client, we do not believe that Mr. Cohen should be asked to reveal the name or can permissibly do so", the lawyers added.

On hand in Manhattan federal court for the arguments was a spectator much in the news: Stormy Daniels, the pornographic video actress who claims to have had a consensual affair with Trump.

Hannity is a conservative television host known for passionately advocating for Trump on his Fox News show, and often receiving public praise from Trump in return. And Hannity's viewers are not typical news viewers - people who watch nearly any other show would likely feel lied to when they learned something like this had not been disclosed to them, but Hannity's want him to have this kind of relationship with Trumpworld. Hannity stressed that "not one of any issue" he ever dealt with Cohen on pertained to a matter between him and a third party.

Lawyers for Mr Cohen filed papers saying investigators "took everything" during the raids, including more than a dozen electronic devices. "So I'm warning you, tread very f [---] ing lightly, because what I'm going to do to you is going to be f [---] ing disgusting". "By the way, I'm thinking of hiring Michael Cohen as my lawyer".

But even after Cohen's office and home were raided by the FBI, Hannity, who already had a professional relationship with the attorney, never disclosed that fact while reporting on the raid.

Kurt Schlicter, a pro-Trump columnist for Townhall, agreed that Trump, Cohen, and Hannity were getting a raw deal. Broidy, a former GOP fundraiser, resigned from the Republican National Committee on Friday after acknowledging making a $1.6 million payment to a model he impregnated.

Cohen's lawyer can share subsets of the material with Trump and the Trump Organization for their own privilege review. Her lawyer says she'll be in the courtroom Monday.
