Nintendo has announced that a Mario Tennis Aces Pre-Launch Online Tournament demo will be available to play at the start of next month, with a prize being given out to all participants. To join the tournament, users will have to download the free demo from the Nintendo eShop on their Switch consoles.

Nintendo's early access beta titled the "Mario Tennis Tournament" will commence on Friday, June 1 at 8 AM PAC, 10 AM EAS, 3 PM UK and Midnight AEST.

Nintendo is also offering unlockable content in the form of Mario's dungarees for the main game. If players are able to earn enough performance points, they will be able to unlock an additional five characters to play as, according to GameSpot.
